Current press releases reflect recent cutbacks and layoffs at Riordan. Leadership explained these layoffs as necessary due to financial problems forcing downsizing. As an outside researcher of Riordan’s intranet, public documents, and your course materials, you found communications referencing unfair and inaccurate performance reviews, false disciplinary complaints, and a general conflict of values between employees and the organization.
